Organic Barbecue Irish Smoked Salmon
Silver award winner at the 8th Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards in 2015. It is in essence, hot smoked Irish Organic salmon. The difference here is that the salmon is smoked at a hot temperature above 80-degrees Celsius. It doesn't stray from the Clarke tradition and retains a delicate and smooth taste. Ideal with salad or as a simple starter.
